Champon is a popular menu at our restaurant that uses original fresh noodles. The soup, made by simmering chicken bones for a long time, is rich in collagen. Champon, which contains carbohydrates, collagen, vitamins, and dietary fiber, is well-balanced in nutrition and highly recommended.
A great value set of Chanpon and half-fried rice.
Topped with spicy and hot chili oil. A popular menu with a unique spiciness that becomes addictive. (This menu has a very high repeat rate among female customers)

We finished it by pouring the sauce-flavored chanpon ingredients over lightly grilled noodles.
We use original egg noodles made from wheat produced in Fukuoka Prefecture. We also use plenty of fragrant chili oil with Sichuan peppers and homemade sesame paste. Just like Champon, it is very popular.
A great value set of tantanmen and half-fried rice.
We use domestically produced chicken thigh meat, coat it with rice flour that we rough-grind in our shop using rice from Fukuoka Prefecture, and season it with various spices to create a crispy and juicy texture. Please try the unique texture once.
