The fragrant 100% buckwheat soba has a slight stickiness and feels pleasant in the mouth. There are two types of dipping sauce, allowing you to enjoy the differences in flavor. The spicy grated daikon adds an accent, enhancing the flavor of the soba. The warm bowl is rich in dashi, making it so delicious that you'll want to drink the broth as well. The soba water is light and enjoyable until the very end. The interior of the restaurant is cozy and clean, and it's reassuring to make a reservation if you have a large group.
