A department store restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood

Yoshikawa Suisan Sogo Omiya Store is located on the basement floor of Sogo Omiya, near Omiya Station, and offers fresh fish and sushi. The fresh ingredients, along with glossy and delicious rice, enhance the flavor of the sushi. You can enjoy a variety of sashimi platters and nigiri sushi, with particularly high praise for the bluefin tuna and squid. It's a convenient spot within the department store, recommended for casually enjoying fresh seafood.

3.1

In the seafood and sushi corner located in the basement of the department store, there is a delightful array of visually appealing items on display. The assortment of tuna is particularly impressive, and the sashimi has a pleasantly smooth texture. The sushi rice is shiny, and its just-right texture pairs perfectly with the toppings. There are also sushi options featuring different types of squid, as well as rolls with squid and natto, which is great because you can mix and match. There are also various assortments available, allowing you to enjoy small portions of sweet shrimp, salmon, yellowtail, sea bream, and squid. The selection of fish is wide-ranging, and I was excited to see items like tongue sole.
