The Love Apple

The Love Apple offers seasonal, locally sourced cuisine served in a converted 19th-century church, creating a distinctive Taos dining experience. Thoughtful dishes, from rich soups to slow-cooked meats, highlight regional ingredients with care and restraint. The intimate space, with its limited seating and understated decor, encourages a calm, unhurried meal. Attentive staff provide informed recommendations that complement the kitchen’s straightforward, well-executed cooking.
