Kimchi has a rich umami flavor that is hard to find elsewhere. Bibimbap has a good balance of ingredients and is a taste you want to eat over and over again. I also love soup dishes, and the udon with plenty of vegetables has just the right spiciness that makes you want to drink it all up. Yangnyeom chicken has a fun nutty texture, and the sweet and spicy balance was just right. The chewy texture of the hormone hot pot is also impressive, and you can be satisfied all the way to the ramen at the end. The homey atmosphere and the kindness of the staff make it very relaxing.
