When I drove down the rural road and arrived, the interior of the shop was more stylish than I had imagined, which lifted my spirits. Sitting by the window, I was able to relax while watching the horses outside, which was very soothing. The signature pancakes had a crispy surface and a fluffy inside, and when drizzled with maple syrup, they tasted even more delightful. The classic pudding, served with whipped cream, was smooth and delicious. The hot lemonade had a perfect balance of sweetness and slight bitterness, making it so good that I couldn't help but want a second serving. Since I could enjoy both the scenery and the flavors, I felt it was worth the long journey.
