Nishimiya Shokudo is a long-established restaurant that has been loved for many years alongside the history of the former Inba Village. After a fire, the flavors can now be enjoyed once more. The warm hospitality of the veteran couple is impressive, and a relaxed atmosphere flows throughout the restaurant. In particular, the unique soup of the Chinese soba and the char siu continue to captivate visitors.

In the spacious and relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff warmly welcomes you. The signature dish, the Chinese soba, features thin noodles that are perfectly coated in a unique broth infused with ginger and green onions, making it addictive. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu is richly flavored with soy sauce, thick, and very satisfying to eat. The offal stew is boldly served with almost only offal, and you can't help but keep eating while enjoying the aroma. When paired with freshly chopped garlic, the bonito sashimi's umami is greatly enhanced, making you want to eat more rice. Even the pickles and small side dishes are thoughtfully prepared, making for a dining experience that leaves you completely satisfied until the end.
