They don't prepare food in advance; they make it after you order, and it doesn't take long to be ready. Above all, it's incredibly delicious compared to the typical kimbap around here! It seems to be run by two Koreans who are also good at Japanese, and they are cheerful and interesting! You should definitely try the kimbap and savor the deliciousness for yourself. You'll absolutely want to eat it again! They must be particular about the taste! Moreover, it's located in a hidden spot, and across the street, a bouldering place is currently under construction. It's a yellow building, so it's easy to spot! I think it's definitely going to become popular! Since it's not too crowded right now, it would have been nice to take it out and eat it at the New Ishigaki Airport. I heard it just opened on October 20, 2025. I wish they would also set up a stall at the airport. There are places outside the shop where you can eat, so it's nice to relax there and chat with the local grandmas and grandpas. You can even see the sea from between the houses right next to it, so it's really a place you should visit now!
