It's fun to grill shell-on oysters on a charcoal grill by myself. Wearing an apron and gloves, I get excited waiting for them to cook while listening to the popping sounds. The dishes are all oyster-based, including vinegared dishes, clear soup, and rice cooked with oysters, all of which have a pleasant ocean aroma. The oysters are plump with a creamy white texture, and they feel very fresh. Since the fire in the hearth can splatter and the juices can fly, it's reassuring to go in casual clothing. I was satisfied with the ample enjoyment of the course in the rustic atmosphere of the small hut.
