The staff is very knowledgeable about sake and explains the flavor characteristics in an easy-to-understand way. When you express your preferences, they help you choose the perfect bottle, and you can try a few different ones in small amounts, making the experience even more enjoyable. The boiled asparagus, mackerel sashimi, and grilled salted yellowtail collar all highlight the quality of the ingredients and are delicious. They recommend both sweet and crisp types, and I was satisfied with both. The atmosphere in the shop is lively and pleasant, making it a must-visit place for sake lovers.
