There is a counter, and the back area is raised, creating a calm atmosphere. There is a course where freshly fried skewers are served one after another until you signal to stop, starting with a salad. The shrimp wrapped in shiso, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp with roe have a light batter that makes them easy to eat. The sauces are neatly arranged, and they also check for dislikes and allergies, which is reassuring. The meal concludes with ochazuke (rice in tea), and you can have a second helping of rice, providing a sense of satisfaction. Even the dessert, fruit jelly, is delicious, allowing you to enjoy the experience until the very end.
