* * 🍜 [Ramen Scale] "One Hundred Famous Restaurants 2018" * Ibaraki's top popular ramen restaurant 🍜✨ Finally went to a restaurant that was chosen as one of the 100 best restaurants! Even though we went there 30 minutes after the opening time during the Obon period. I was able to get in without waiting in line 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 After that, there just seemed to be a constant waiting list!!! * The store is clean and new? * The restaurant is clean and looks like it's new, but it's been there for 5 years! The menu includes the following recommended items I ordered "Ajitama Ramen Shio" and "Yakimeshi Set (half)" ‼️ * The beauty of the restaurant is breathtaking! Especially the clarity of the soup ✨✨. The aroma of chicken knots is so good and appetizing 🤤. The salt is a bit strong? I honestly think that the salt is a little strong, but there is no cloying or unpleasant taste. But it's easy to eat because it doesn't have any unpleasant taste. The chashu pork was thinly sliced, but the presence was firm and tasty. It was delicious! 👏🏻 * The noodles are not thin, but a little flat. It was my first encounter with noodles that were not thin but a little flat and a little thick. ☺️ I really liked the noodles💕💕 The ajitama was well seasoned and I could have had another one 💕💕. I wanted to eat another one 🤤🤤. * The fried rice is also a little strong flavored. I wonder what it is? I wonder if it's a bit strong overall. I don't dislike it but it depends on how much I like it on any given day😇 *

There was a time when I often went to Ibaraki on business, I used to go to Ibaraki often for work, and this ramen is recommended by a resident of Ibaraki. It is located right next to the Hankyu station, but it is a little difficult to find, It is located right next to Hankyu station, but it is a little difficult to find. The interior of the restaurant is clean, and it is easy to enter, even for women. Maybe it is because I always go there late in the day. I have always been able to enter the store easily without waiting in line. The soup is either salt or soy sauce. I always order Shio Ramen. The soup is refreshing and the toppings of chicken knots are a nice touch. The soup is always so delicious that I end up drinking the whole soup.
