A hidden gem to enjoy the aroma and flavor of soba

This locally-focused soba shop is renowned for its fragrant 2:8 soba. The carefully crafted noodles can be enjoyed simply with salt or wasabi, or paired with a rich dipping sauce that enhances the natural sweetness of the soba. Additionally, the tempura is light and crispy, and the soba-yu (soba water) is exceptional. Experience the true essence of soba at this establishment, which consistently delivers quality and flavor.

In a calm store where music is not playing, you can spend your time quietly. It can get crowded, but it feels like a style where you wait slowly. The soba is slightly thick and has a nice chewiness, going down smoothly. When dipped in the broth, the aroma rises, and even with a little salt, the difference in flavor is enjoyable. The tempura is crispy and pairs well with the soba. A rich soba broth is also provided, and you can be satisfied whether you drink it as is or mix it with the broth.
