Nestled quietly in a residential area, the brick exterior is elegant. The interior is neat and pleasant, allowing for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The small items and plants by the window evoke a sense of the seasons, conveying thoughtful attention to detail. The weekly lunch features a variety of dishes, including a rich sauce with the umami of minced meat, fluffy stir-fried scallops with egg whites, and a gentle sauce with white fish and carrots. There are also Chinese-style sashimi and handmade tofu with sauce, offering a light taste with less oil. The fried rice is perfectly separated grain by grain, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through.
