Exquisite Yakiniku to Enjoy with Rice

Niku no Yoichi Fushimi Momoyama, supervised by a century-old rice shop, is a place where you can enjoy the finest yakiniku designed to pair perfectly with rice. The signature beef tongue is a special dish that allows you to experience different thicknesses, remaining tender and exquisite even in thick cuts. The harami (skirt steak) is also juicy yet refreshing in texture, making it a perfect match with rice. With freshly cooked rice carefully prepared in a pot, this is a must-visit establishment to savor authentic yakiniku.

You can enjoy grilled meat with rice as the main attraction, which is exciting from the start. The rice cooked in a pot at the table is fluffy and sweet, and it's just right if you order it in advance. The rice, supervised by a long-established rice shop, combined with a sauce developed in collaboration with a company in Kyoto, enhances the deliciousness of the meat. The signature tongue has clear differences in thickness and cuts, and the more you chew, the more juicy meat you get. The harami and kalbi pair perfectly with the rice, and mixing in a raw egg makes it even more delightful. There are even spicy noodles to finish off and a miso soup service at the time of payment, so I was satisfied until the very end.
