ICHISHO focuses on seasonal ingredients, and this course is the basic menu of our restaurant. We have many repeat customers who come back for everything from sashimi, grilled and deep-fried dishes to the final meal. We prepare Japanese cuisine that is faithful to the basics, using the most delicious ingredients at that time of the season.
The popular 7-course standard course for 6,800 yen is a luxurious course that includes meat dishes using Japanese beef and other meats, as well as other delicacies using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. For those who cannot handle the quantity of food, we can change to a 7-course for 9,800 yen.
The most popular Ichisho nabe banquet course during the New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve party season every winter! The star of the show, the nabe, is also upgraded! The standard nabe is a special one-pot dish using only the best seasonal ingredients. For an additional charge, the main nabe can be changed to domestic top quality anglerfish nabe or suppon nabe! Let's end this year's year-end party with the best nabe!
No appetizers. Please enjoy the three standard dishes of appetizer, assorted appetizers, and assorted sashimi. We also have other single items on the menu, so you can add various carefully selected dishes of seasonal ingredients according to your preference.

We offer a seasonal selection of five types of fish for 2980 yen.
[Small] 484 yen [Medium] 638 yen [Large] 1408 yen. We offer Asahi Super Dry at our establishment. If you have a preferred brand, we can provide it.
We offer a wide selection, including the award-winning Aota from Fukuoka at 1408 yen, which surpasses Dassai, as well as the extra-dry Ichinokura at 1078 yen, and seasonal offerings such as hiyaoroshi and nigori.
In addition to standard sake such as Akita's Fukukomachi and Nagano's Masumi, we also offer seasonal limited-time sake. Our selection pairs well with Japanese cuisine, especially fish.
