Takohiru's takoyaki are spread out and deep fried, with a firm crunch on the outside and a very tasty, tender interior. The takoyaki are made with a large octopus, and the dashi broth is a Kansaiite's dream come true. The fried fish also has a savory batter, the tender meat is crispy in the batter, and the strong seasoning is a perfect match for beer. The staff is very gracious and offers an izakaya menu as well. If you are ever in Joto-ku, please stop by.
