It will be a course meal by reservation only, incorporating ingredients according to the season and soba noodles.
This is a homemade brûlée made with buckwheat tea. It is caramelized after ordering, so the outside is crispy while the inside is fluffy... It's our pride and joy dessert.
This soba uses Kyoto duck, which is freshly frozen and directly shipped from a farm in Kyoto, packed with rich flavor. It is a proud dish of our restaurant that allows you to enjoy the texture and umami with every bite.
Grilled the finest part of Kyoto duck, the breast loin, with special soy sauce using the Kyoto vegetable 'Kujo Green Onion'. The combination of tender, juicy duck meat and fragrant Kujo green onion is outstanding.
This is smoked thigh meat from Kyoto duck. It has no unpleasant odor and is deliciously addictive.
