The buffet style is exciting, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, soups, and salads lined up. The corn and sakura shrimp tempura was crispy, and the firm bread with olives had a wonderful aroma. For dessert, I particularly enjoyed the rich yogurt with sauce and the mini-sized cream puffs. There are also local flavors available, such as igamenchi, ginger miso oden, and grilled scallops with miso. Classic dishes like sashimi and bacon and eggs are also available, making for a satisfying breakfast. I appreciate that the menu changes with the seasons, allowing me to enjoy my meal leisurely without worrying about time.
