Kentucky Vanillla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans and aged it in freshly decanted Kentucky bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. The medium body and 5.5% ABV make Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale the perfect complement to any dessert, or all day event
We've done a triple IPA, we've done a double dry hopped triple IPA, and now we've completely lost our minds and done a triple dry hopped triple IPA! This super juicy, super hazy TDH triple New England IPA is busting with flavor from Vic Secret, Idaho 7, and Mosaic lupulin powder
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill
Our German style Pils is brewed with European Pilsner malt using a traditional step infusion mash. During the boil it is hopped using German Tettanang & Spalt Select. After the boil it rests in our copper Coolship for one hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. It undergoes a cool open fermentation for 9 days using a classic Pilsner yeast. It is cellared cold for several months prior to packaging
Our South Pacific Lager brewed using Maris Otter malt and hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Nelson undergoes a cool fermentation using a German lager yeast. It is cellared for several months and finally dry hopped prior to release
OEC Coolship Lager hopped with American Noble hops from the Pacific Northwest
A pale ale brewed with wheat malt & oats fermented with our special wild yeasts. It is very lightly hopped during the boil and then dry hopped right after the primary fermentation with Hallertau Blanc & Loral. The dry hopping slows down the activity of the souring bacteria resulting in a very refeshing acidity complemented by the aromatics & flavors from the hops
