As I entered the restaurant, the ticket machine caught my eye, and I was already excited by the fun of choosing. This time, I chose the set meal with fragrant grilled pork offal, and I was delighted the moment I saw the generous serving of rice. The sweet and spicy sauce had a hint of garlic, making the white rice go down easily. The combination of the soft-boiled egg and thick chashu was exquisite, and adding mustard further enhanced the flavor. The light miso soup and pickles served as a nice palate cleanser, allowing me to enjoy the meal without getting bored until the end. The menu was rich with variety, and the enjoyable feeling lasted even after the meal.
