Utilizing the privilege of a miso shop, this soup is made with the highest quality Hokkaido soybeans and 800g of Hatcho Miso (regular price 1944 yen). The soup is rich in aroma and flavor, highlighting the fragrance of Hatcho Miso. The noodles are made with 100% domestically produced wheat, providing a chewy texture suitable for miso stew. *It takes about 15 minutes to cook as it is a stew.
