Sobameshi is a B-class gourmet dish originating from Kobe, the hometown of Yuta (the shop owner). It has become the most voluminous menu item at our shop. Please enjoy it heartily!
This is a takoyaki-style okonomiyaki. It's full of volume!! But inside, it's healthy with plenty of cabbage♡ The combination of fluffy batter, half-cooked egg, and crunchy cabbage is excellent (●-`ω-)b
Takoyaki batter spread out like a crepe and folded, hence called 'Folded Takoyaki'!! There is also a 'Folded Takoyaki Cheese 250 yen' with cheese inside ☆
There are three flavors available: sauce, salt, and ponzu! There is also a 'folded yakisoba' topped with folded omelette for 580 yen.
Surprisingly goes well with takoyaki (●-`ω-)b
We serve Heineken Extra Cold♪ The perfectly chilled Heineken goes great with takoyaki!!
You can choose from Super Dry, Ichiban Shibori, or Lager.
