You can enjoy curry that utilizes the power of fermentation, and the aroma is exciting. When you mix and eat the two types, the changes in flavor are interesting, and you can't stop using your spoon. The Japanese-style masala that lets you feel the richness of pork, the soy milk chicken, and the summer vegetable chicken each have distinct personalities. You can also choose the level of spiciness, and the lineup changes frequently, making it feel fresh. There are plenty of vegetables like lotus root, zucchini, okra, and eggplant, and the richness derived from fermentation spreads. The space is calming with art on the walls, the staff is kind, and the water served is refreshing fermented water.
