You can take as much of your favorite side dishes as you like on a plate (only as much as you can eat). However, you cannot have a second helping. Soup and rice can be refilled freely. Please note that the dishes may change from day to day.

Made with Hatsu Shimo rice, which represents Gifu Prefecture. There are 11 varieties: (Ume, Kombu, Shigure, Tuna Mayo, Salmon, Chicken Burdock, Green Onion Ginger, Nametake, Wakame, Ume Shirasu, Sansho Chirimen)

Homemade side dishes from our shop + rice from Gifu Prefecture's representative variety, Hatsu Shimo. It's hearty enough to satisfy even an adult man! Miso katsu bento, shrimp fry bento 700 yen, fried chicken bento, chicken chili bento, beef short rib bento, ginger pork bento.

On top of white rice (Hatsushimo), bonito flakes and seaweed are placed, and the side dishes include croquettes, squid rings, fried chicken, red sausages, and pickled cucumbers, making it very filling!

We use a premium soft serve of a higher quality, and it's best enjoyed while taking in the view! There are four flavors: vanilla, chocolate, matcha, and seasonal soft serve.

Enjoy the trendy fluffy shaved ice generously topped with syrup! There are six flavors: strawberry, lemon, melon, blue Hawaii, matcha, and rainbow. *Shaved ice is available only during the summer.
