The atmosphere is traditional, and you can relax with a sunken hearth. I really liked the gentle soy sauce soup of the Kitakata ramen, which has a nice bonito flavor. The noodles are of a moderate thickness and have a chewy texture, blending well with the soup. The toppings of chashu, naruto, menma, and wakame are well balanced. The mini sauce katsu don features a thin, tender cutlet that has a mild sweetness, making it easy to enjoy with rice and cabbage. There is a generous serving of pickled cucumbers, which pairs well with the ramen, leaving me satisfied.
