The rice wrapped in egg is soft and has a creamy texture. The demi-glace sauce on top has a refreshing tomato flavor, and when combined with the egg, it becomes mellow in taste. There is also a dish that combines it with beef curry, where you can distinctly feel the spices and richness. There is a type of rice inside that is dry curry, and adding fukujinzuke (pickled vegetables) makes a good accent. The set allows you to choose from options like hamburger steak, shrimp fry, and chicken nanban, and you can also enjoy the mild sauce and the aroma of ginger. The cream croquette has a crispy coating and a smooth interior, making it satisfying when enjoyed with salad and soup.
