This shop quietly stands in a residential area, but as you pass through the noren (curtain), the owner and the chef warmly welcome you. Once seated at the counter, you are first served tea and fish jelly on a half-moon tray, raising your expectations. The lunch sushi is beautifully arranged in a sushi barrel, featuring a variety of fresh ingredients such as tuna, white fish, fatty tuna, shrimp, and scallops. The vibrant sea urchin gunkan and the popping tobiko add a delightful touch, making it visually enjoyable as well. The rice is of just the right size, creating a good harmony with the toppings, and the inclusion of a clear soup significantly enhances the satisfaction. In a homely atmosphere, you can leisurely savor high-quality sushi; it truly feels like a hidden treasure of a shop.
