Located along the street on the north side of Yoshikawa Station, the clean and pleasant interior is inviting. The menu features many Sichuan dishes, and the dan dan noodles are lighter than they appear, with increasing flavor as you eat. Using a ladle with holes to scoop up the ingredients and mix them with rice makes for a delicious experience until the very end. The young chicken in oil is beautifully presented in a white dish, and the balance with the salad, pickled mustard greens, and almond tofu is excellent. The fried rice is not greasy and is packed with vegetables like lettuce, which is great as it uses local ingredients. There is parking available, making it easy to visit whether alone or with family, and it can accommodate banquets, providing peace of mind for customers.
