Tamatebako (Candy Box) 〜Travel in Shizuoka I made love to him and took him on a trip to celebrate my birthday. First up was Mataichi An! The destination is still far away, but we got off the highway on the way there and stopped by. A large parking lot and a magnificent store structure!　The interior is very bright and clean! It is a very popular restaurant, but there are only a few tables. I arrived about 20 minutes after Open, but the place was packed and I was able to sit in the last remaining seat! I called to confirm and was told that reservations were not available, so I was right to come early! Kintsubako (with green tea) 3000 yen This is what I wanted to eat. It's quite expensive, but it's gorgeous with a variety of Japanese sweets on top! It comes in a wooden box made of paulownia wood, and the moment you open it, you can feel the smoke coming out of the box! I can't get over the presentation! (o^^o) ♪ And the sweets are just as you'd expect from a long-established Japanese confectionary store. All of them are carefully made and very tasty ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! I heard that they don't originally offer a birthday gift, but when I called, they told me that they would do their best to meet my expectations. I was very happy to hear the thoughtfulness of the waitress who was so attentive to my feelings, even though I would have refused in a normal restaurant! (*´``*)♡ I made love to her not only in my stomach but also in my heart! By the time I left, there was a long line of people waiting in front of the store! I'll make love to you! Thank you so much for the food!
