The batter is crispy, while the inside is soft, allowing you to enjoy a balanced mix of shrimp, okra, sweet potato, lotus root, and chicken breast. The rice served in a wooden container can be enjoyed in different ways, such as adding condiments or turning half of it into ochazuke (rice in tea). The rice is Aizu-grown Koshihikari, which has a wonderfully chewy texture. The flavor of the miso soup and the fragrant sesame oil complement the dish, keeping it interesting until the end. It's also great that takeout is available, and you can wait inside the restaurant until it's ready.
