Before I start, I would like to say that my pancake preferences are "happy pancakes (delicious but too sweet)," "gram (strong taste of egg white)," "mog (strong taste of flour and fluffy, but you can eat it in a bite)," and "fleur (fluffy meringue but light and light)! (fluffy and fluffy, but with a light flour taste)", and "fleur (fluffy meringue, but with a light flour taste)". My expectations were low, but I was surprised when I got there. I tried to put a knife in at once and it was so chunky and difficult lol but it tasted even better than that so I was able to eat it slowly. Fluffy yet chunky yet fluffy... And you don't taste the tofu, the buttery flavor spreads well and the maple syrup is excellent. However, whipped cream and high-fat items may not have been a good match. I prefer low-fat toppings for these buttery pancakes.
