A beloved restaurant for Hustle Gyoza in Gunma

At Fukuya Ryoshoku, you can enjoy the beloved Hustle Gyoza that has been a favorite in the local Gunma area. It features a nostalgic taste for those born in the Showa era, with a mild garlic flavor and a refreshing taste packed with vegetables. The thick, chewy skin and the balance of filling are exquisite, making it delicious even on its own. The pairing of hot, freshly made gyoza with beer is outstanding.

I saw it introduced on television and decided to try it. The dumplings here have a slightly thicker skin, and when cooked, they have a fragrant and chewy texture. They are filled with plenty of vegetables, making them light to eat, and the garlic is not too strong. The flavor is well-balanced even on its own, and I enjoyed the first one without any dipping sauce. They offer both fresh and frozen options, and when you cook them right after wrapping, the aroma is irresistible. There are also small packets of vinegar, chili oil, and soy sauce, which is nice for a little flavor variation.
