It is a small shop with only a counter, and from the moment you enter, you can feel a proper atmosphere. First, a fragrant roasted green tea is served, allowing you to start your meal in a relaxed manner. The dishes are well-seasoned with dashi, enhancing the aroma and flavors of the ingredients. The steamed dish in a clay pot, the boiled small sea bream, and the crab sauce with taro were all memorable in their deliciousness. The white, glossy rice and the miso soup made with bonito and kelp dashi are truly wonderful. The service is attentive and considerate, allowing you to enjoy the fragrant and exquisite Japanese cuisine at a leisurely pace.
