This is a masterpiece made by grilling domestically produced Cherry Valley breed ducks sourced from a specialist in Saitama Prefecture.
While it may not be duck meat, this dish features plenty of deliciously grilled chicken.
Strictly speaking, it is not 'simmered pork', but 'braised pork'. We finish it with a rich braised pork in our broth and serve it to you.
This is our most popular dish throughout the year. How about turning the remaining yam into a small amount of rice and making it into a 'mountain topping bowl'? I think you will like it. (Rice is free)
We will provide two servings of 150g of soba noodles, one after the other. Limited to customers who will eat both servings alone.
