This is a long-established shop where historical materials are displayed in the exhibition corner at the back, making it enjoyable to look at. Upon entering, there are table seats and a spacious tatami room, allowing for a relaxed experience. The thick and firm soba noodles slide down smoothly and pair well with the refreshing dipping sauce. The tempura is crispy and comes in a variety of types, and when eaten with salt, the aroma is enhanced. Seasonal wild vegetables can be enjoyed, and the vibrant colors of the autumn leaves tempura are also impressive. I was satisfied with the carefully crafted flavors of the duck broth soba, sashimi, and small dishes of dried daikon, butterbur, and flower beans.
