I entered a calm shop located in a corner of Ginten Street. The black exterior and pink sign stand out remarkably in the old shopping district, creating a sense of excitement. The course was served in a flowing manner, starting from tempura to seven pieces of sushi, dashi-maki, and clear soup, all showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The pairing wines selected by the sommelier were diverse, including Champagne and orange wine, and paired beautifully with the dishes. The sushi had a good balance between the rice and the toppings, and the bluefin tuna and sea urchin particularly left a lasting impression. I believe it is a place where anyone can be satisfied, as you can also enjoy Chinese tea and non-alcoholic beverages at the quiet counter.
