This course menu allows you to choose from about 3-4 types of your favorite appetizers and main dishes. Price per person: ¥6,800 (excluding tax ¥6,182) (Amuse, appetizer, main dish). If you would like dessert or cheese, it will be an additional order. For customers ordering the Seasonal Kanekiyo Course, you can add dishes for an additional ¥3,400.
We marinate fresh chicken livers from Hokkaido in brandy and port wine, and add foie gras to create a rich and intense liver pate! We have combined delicious Hokkaido ingredients with European tradition in a small jar. Why not enjoy a little luxury at home with a glass of wine? The best way to enjoy it is to slice French bread, toast it, and generously spread the pate on top! For an extra kick, sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper to enhance the flavors. Made without any additives, using plenty of Hokkaido butter! Whole size is available with reservation made 2 days in advance. Since it is handmade, the quantity that can be made in a day is limited, so reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
