Standard Kaiseki with Takezaki Crab In addition to Takezaki crab, you can enjoy a variety of special dishes in this course. You will be able to feel the difference from other restaurants.
Takezaki crabs have become rare and expensive in recent years. We have prepared a course that includes several Takezaki crab dishes for you to enjoy at a reasonable price, although Takezaki crab stew is not included. Please take advantage of it!
This is a crab course for February and March. This 10-course meal includes boiled and grilled crab, crab steamed rice, crab miso soup, crab porridge, and one dish with crab sauce. Although prices soar in winter, we promise that you will be served with rare female crab in season and with internal organs.
