A rich and flavorful junmai sake brewed with traditional Kumamoto yeast. While it is a junmai sake that warms well, it features a harmonious umami that does not lose its character even on the rocks. Enjoy it at a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to hot.
This Daiginjo sake is made using the premium sake rice 'Yamada Nishiki' and is brewed with the utmost care and brewing techniques. The sake is pressed from the mash that is packed into a sake bag and squeezed in a traditional press (fune). It features a floral aroma and a deep flavor with sweetness and umami.
