This is a small shop with only a counter. The menu is focused on tanmen and gyoza, and the service is quick. The tanmen has a mild and rich broth that is pleasant, and the unique texture of the noodles is enjoyable. Adding a little homemade chili oil or vinegar creates interesting changes in flavor. The gyoza has a thicker skin that is chewy, and the inside is juicy and delicious even on its own. The serving style of placing the bowl on a flat plate is also impressive, and even after finishing quickly, there is a sense of satisfaction.
