The showcase in the store is lined with freshly fried tonkatsu and other fried items, and just choosing them is exciting. They fry them immediately after you place your order, so the aroma when you open the bag is irresistible. The thick pork cutlet has a rich sweetness from the fat, and with every bite, the juices spread delightfully. The mille-feuille cutlet sandwich features tender meat and creamy cheese layered together, and the combination of the sauce-soaked batter and bread is outstanding. The minced cutlet and fried squid also have a crispy coating, making the dinner table instantly more vibrant. The cheerful staff worked efficiently, allowing me to carry my order home in a great mood.
