This is a soba restaurant located near the sea, marked by a noren (fabric divider). The interior is neat and clean, decorated with indigo-dyed fabric items that create a calming atmosphere. Barley tea is served, which has a pleasant aroma and is comforting. The soba has a fragrant aroma, and the flavor expands with each bite, making it easy to eat. The dipping sauce has a rich taste, with a deep flavor that allows you to feel the umami of the dried fish. The tempura of wild vegetables has a crispy coating and a savory aroma, perfectly complementing the soba.
