When I arrive at the shop, I feel excited just walking along the lovely garden path. I take off my shoes at the entrance and change into slippers, making it feel like I'm visiting a friend's house. The handmade udon is said to be prepared the day before, and you can really feel the chewy texture and the aroma of the wheat. The dipping sauce is filled with chunks of eggplant and tender meat, and when it mixes with the udon, it creates a delightful flavor. The gentle side dishes that come out while waiting for the meal are all delicious, and the ability to relax and take my time is also appealing. I enjoyed a leisurely time watching the owner's careful work in the brightly renovated interior.
