In a calm interior with a counter and tables, the Japanese-style background music is pleasant. The moment I opened the seafood chirashi sushi, the colorful seafood and vegetables were beautifully arranged, and I couldn't help but admire it. The bite-sized toppings paired well with the rice, and the difference in texture was enjoyable. It came with miso soup containing somen noodles, small side dishes, and pickles, allowing me to savor it without getting bored until the end. The chawanmushi delivered hot had a gentle dashi aroma, and it was satisfying with plenty of ingredients. The staff were bright and cheerful, and the service was smooth, allowing me to enjoy my meal leisurely.

Maku's Dashi Rolled Omelette

Using eggs from Toyoei, we carefully make dashi every day in the store to create fluffy dashi rolled omelettes. The branding is cute and has a big impact! There are also four types of condiments included, making for an exciting and enjoyable meal.
