Located in Isehara City, this sushi spot offers a serene atmosphere to enjoy authentic sushi. Skilled chefs carefully prepare and hand-press selected fresh fish, captivating all who visit. Despite being in a tranquil local town, it boasts quality ingredients that rival those found in the city, allowing guests to appreciate their exquisite craftsmanship.

This is a calm restaurant within walking distance from Isehara Station. The small sushi prepared by the veteran chef at the counter stands out for its freshness. Seasonal seafood such as red clam, flatfish, and sea urchin appear one after another, making me excited to continue eating. The miso soup with fried tofu and seaweed has a comforting taste, and the simmered eggplant and egg tofu served in between also reflect skilled craftsmanship. To finish, sweet tamago (egg) and mango jelly are served, providing satisfaction until the very end. I believe this is a valuable restaurant in Isehara where you can slowly enjoy the techniques of Edomae cuisine in a quiet atmosphere.
