This is bukkake udon topped with natural large shrimp tempura and four types of vegetable tempura. There are also options for warm udon and zaru udon.
This dish features tempura made from locally sourced healthy chicken thigh and a soft-boiled egg, served together as a parent-child combination. (Popular No. 1) Other options include Kashiwa Tempura with grated daikon, Kashiwa Tempura with mayonnaise, and Kashiwa Tempura served cold.
