The fluffy steamed eel is simply impressive. The surface has a faintly pleasant aroma, while the inside has a melting texture that maintains its shape well. It seems that the cooking is optimized for each season, so it always has a good balance no matter when you eat it. The interior of the restaurant is a calm space without music, allowing you to wait peacefully for your meal to be prepared. The rice is well-separated, pairs excellently with the eel, and is easy to eat even when flaked. The tableware is stylish, and the attentive service made for a comfortable experience.
