This vibrant golden chardonnay hails from Carneros, in a vineyard buttressing the San Pablo Bay, and yielding influence from the billowy maritime fog. A little cream, a hint of oak, a splash of butter all marry with the grapes during the barrel aging process. Only 300 cases produced. To be discovered: Jasmine, hot-buttered biscuits, toasted oak, dried pineapple, star flowers, and faded rose petals
