Tekoya's takoyaki uses large premium true octopus, allowing the inherent umami and rich texture of the octopus to spread in your mouth. The batter is made with Japanese dashi, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy, creamy texture inside. This takoyaki can be enjoyed deliciously even without sauce, maximizing the flavor of the ingredients.
Using the 'Original Sauce' developed over a period of 3 years. This rich sauce, packed with the umami of vegetables and fruits, features a delicate flavor where the aroma of spices spreads within the sweetness. It pairs exceptionally well with flour-based dishes, creating a deep and unforgettable deliciousness that lingers after the first taste.
The umami salt flavor of Tekoya's takoyaki uses carefully selected high-quality natural salt from France, 'Fleur de Sel.' The delicate crystals, made by sun-drying, are characterized by a rich flavor and smoothness that seem to encapsulate the blessings of the sea. You can enjoy a simple yet elegant taste that maximizes the flavor of the ingredients.
Tekoya's Okonomiyaki is made with plenty of cabbage (200g) and fresh eggs, resulting in a fluffy texture. Additionally, we use carefully selected pork belly rich in flavorful fat, and by adding tempura scraps with squid, a fragrant aroma and deep taste spread throughout.
Tekoya's yakisoba uses strong, thick noodles that provide a smooth and chewy texture, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavor of wheat. The carefully selected pork belly highlights the sweetness of the fat and the inherent umami of the meat, adding a deep flavor to the entire yakisoba. Stir-frying it with fresh cabbage brings together the umami of the ingredients, resulting in a perfectly balanced yakisoba.
Green onions, tempura bits, soft-boiled egg, grilled cheese
